Welcome to Bellika (www.bellika.in), an online store for Premium Indian ethnic wear operated by Noventra Global (referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "Bellika").
By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age or of legal majority in your jurisdiction to place an order on this website.
1.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
1.3 If you are placing an order on behalf of another person, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. Products and Accuracy
2.1 All products sold on Bellika are Indian ethnic wear, manufactured in India.
2.2 We make every effort to display product colours, designs, embellishments, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly from images shown due to variations in screen display settings. This does not constitute a defect.
2.3 Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. Exact embroidery placement, colour shade, or print repeat may vary slightly from the image shown.
2.4 We strongly recommend referring to the size chart provided on each product page before placing an order. Bellika is not responsible for incorrect size selection by the customer.
2.5 We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or amend product information at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Taxes
3.1 All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at prevailing rates.
3.2 Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed separately at checkout before payment is made.
3.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, orders confirmed before any price change will be honoured at the price prevailing at the time of placing the order.
3.4 In case of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Ordering and Payment
4.1 An order is confirmed only upon successful completion of payment and receipt of an order confirmation email or message from us.
4.2 We accept payment through UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other available payment methods as offered at checkout.
4.3 All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or sensitive payment details on our servers.
4.4 In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you and process a full refund within 3 to 5 business days.
4.5 We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, placed in bulk beyond personal use, or where payment verification fails. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
5. GST Invoice
5.1 A GST-compliant tax invoice will be included with your shipment or sent electronically.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on this website — including but not limited to the brand name Bellika, the logo, the tagline “Embrace the Finest You”, product images, designs, descriptions, graphics, and layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of Noventra Global.
6.2 Reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of any content from this website without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement under applicable intellectual property laws.
6.3 The registered trademark BELLIKA is owned by Innoway Ventures and managed by Noventra Global. Unauthorised use of this trademark is an offence.
7. User Conduct
7.1 You agree not to use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
7.2 You agree not to copy, scrape, or reproduce any content from this website without prior written consent.
7.3 You agree not to post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews or information about Bellika.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1 This website and its services are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
8.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
8.3 Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that specific order.
8.4 Bellika is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier failures.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
